Dee Gulati

Founder and Managing Partner


Dee Gulati has over 25 years of experience in starting, acquiring and building profitable businesses, with aggregate revenues well over $100 million.  Prior to founding Digitech, Dee launched a consulting arm of Oracle Corporation that generated $12 million in annual revenues.  Dee also served as a senior advisor to several venture capital funds including Blue Water Capital Partners, Hudson Venture Partners, Delta Venture Partners and Crossbow Venture Partners.  Dee received his MBA from the University of Chicago, an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras.



Robert Beverly

Robert Beverly has over 20 years of investment and industry operational experience with a particular focus on IT and software.  Robert has worked as chief technology architect, leading the implementation of enterprise-level IT and software capabilities for several clients including New York Presbyterian Hospital, Sun America, Avon and the Government of Puerto Rico.  Robert also previously worked for Ernst & Young, Coopers & Lybrand and Bain & Company.


Edward Sklar

Partner

Edward Sklar has over 25 years of investment and industry operational experience across a wide range of industries.  Edward previously founded a real estate investment firm with a focus on Latin America.  He also worked as a senior executive and director of sales for several technology companies including Mobius Management Systems and ZANTAZ.  Edward received his MS in Management from Nova Southeastern University.


David Goldfarb

Vice President

David Goldfarb has over 8 years of investment and operational experience in the financial services industry.  David previously worked for UBS Investment Bank in the Private Equity Funds Group, where he managed the fundraising process for several limited partnerships that generated aggregate capital commitments exceeding $6.2 billion.  David also previously worked for Jefferies in investment banking and Capital One Financial as an operational consultant.  David received his MBA with distinction from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BA with honors in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
